Rhodri Garland (REAPER) is a commercial, house and funky house DJ based in Pontypridd South Wales. REAPER has over 10 years' experience as a commercial DJ, entertaining at various types of events and some of South Wales’ biggest nightclubs, as well as being selected to support the likes of The Shapeshifters and Sam Divine and more recently SCHAK.
In recent years REAPER’s focus has mainly been on moving away from private social events and focusing on live mixing to create a recognisable personal sound. From this, REAPER was then approached by ESCAPE RECORDS DJ Academy which has provided numerous opportunities to showcase skills developed over the years. The Academy also increased his interest in production and lockdown provided the time required to research different programmes and create music that kept to his style of genre.
As well as the release of his first song back in july 2021, he has also been selected to play at Colour Clash Newport, Inside Out Festival Cardiff and has a residency at In It Together Festival.
