Profile Activation

Thanks for considering joining our as a DJ on our site. Before you complete signup we'd like you to read all of our terms below. It's important to read and understand our terms as by completing signup you are saying you've read and agree to them. If you do not agree to anything on the page please do not continue with signing up.


Profile Activation

Your profile and user account will be ready to use right after you make payment. So you will get access to the service straight away.


Service Description

The service you are signing up and paying for has the following benefits:

A profile page on our site.

Your own user account to update your profile.

Keep any money you make from gigs.

An added extra is being able to apply for bonus job adverts on our site.

We have an FAQ section which is available to all subscribers. We can also be contacted by email.


Ownership

All content and profiles on the site remain the property of DJJobs.UK. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind or guarantees of work.


Payment Processing

We use Stripe payments. Every payment is fully secure using a Stripe drop in form. This means they deal with the security and ensure it's a secure SSL. No card or bank data is stored on our server. It's all with BStripe. Every payment we take must be using 3D secure to prevent fraud.


Memberships / subscription

Our site is a subscription service. When you sign up and agree to these terms you will enter into an auto renew program. This means you will agree to make recurring payments to us for as long as you have an active subscription. You will be agreeing to pay on either a monthly, 6 monthly or yearly basis. This will be until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop billing. You can do this in one click in the "subscription status" tab of your members area. Until you cancel, you will continue to make payments. Please note that we do not send any billing reminders. You will need to remember to cancel your subscription.


Failed Payments

If your payment fails to renew, our system will try to process it again for up to 7 days. Once a payment fails for the last time our system will terminate your profile and user account. Once your data is terminated it cannot be recovered.


Cancellation Policy

We really believe in our service and work hard to make it the best we can. But we understand it might not work or suit everyone. Like any job site or service we can only advertise people for work. That's all we can do. If at any time you feel the service is not working for you, it's easy to cancel your subscription. This can be done through the "subscription status" tab in your members area. You can cancel in one click and once you've done so, you'll make no further payments. You can cancel at any time and there's no cancellation charges.


Refund Policy

Renewal payments: If you forget to cancel your subscription and contact us within 5 days of the renewal (and have not applied for jobs in this time) - We'll refund you. No questions asked. Simply email us through our contact form and one of our team will deal with it for you. We will not offer refunds for renewals after 5 days.

Initial payments: We are happy to offer a refund within 5 days if the service has not been used in any way. If job applications have been sent during this period we will not offer a refund. You can easily cancel your subscription under the "membership" tab in your members area to avoid further billing in the future.
